Condition Surveys 

Condition Surveys are exactly condition surveys of existing Mechanical and Electrical installations. 

This is carried out by our professionals as a non intrusive survey, this will ascertain the age, quality and life expectancy of the plant and equipment installed throughout the building. 

During the survey this information is gathered and where possible photos are taken.

This information is then offered in report format which details the services installation complete with associated photographs, plant life expectancy and budget replacement costs. 

Our report also highlights any health and safety concerns associated with the installation and any statutory inspections required.
